About Aromatherapy Aromatherapy uses the scented part of the botanical, known as ‘essential oils’. It is the botanical's life force and functions similarly to our immune system. Aromatherapy has been used as a healing technique for centuries to enhance our well-being, aids in improvement of health, and works with emotions (for balance), purification, and aid in boosting immune, respiratory, circulatory systems. It is not permanent but the effects will last approximately three weeks. When the hair does grow back, it will be thinner and finer than before. Facial waxing should not be performed on clients taking or having used Retin A or its depravities (Retinol) or prescription drugs such as Accutane within the last 4 weeks as skin can be much more sensitive.
